Refund policy

At Nile Weave, we take pride in crafting premium Egyptian cotton bedding designed for lasting comfort and quality. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

        •       You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
        •       Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
        •       Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
        •       Custom-made, personalized, or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:
        1.      Contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for return.
        2.      Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
        3.      Items must be shipped back in their original condition.
        4.      Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs

        •       Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
        •       For approved defective or wrong items, Nile Weave will cover the full return shipping cost or arrange collection.

4. Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or product of equal value (subject to availability). If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference before shipment.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund once verified.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for items that:
        •       Show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
        •       Are returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
        •       Are custom, personalized, or sale items.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
