3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in AED unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through trusted partners we do not store full card details. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from the UAE or Egypt depending on stock. Delivery timelines vary by destination. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or logistics disruptions.

5. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable. Refunds are processed after inspection to the original payment method. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.
